On 22.06.2018, a consultation was arranged on missing person’s issue. The consultation was attended by several conscientious members of civil society and the relatives of the missing persons.

On 24.06.2018, the Honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan took Suo Moto Action on the missing person’s issue.

In light of these development, we are planning to file a petition before Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan to address the issue of the missing person’s and seek appropriate direction from the Honourable Supreme Court to stop this unconstitutional and illegal practice from this country once and for all and to ensue the recovery of missing persons.
